The MP3 Experiment Eight
I guess the first time I heard of Improv Everywhere was when someone showed me their amazing video on Frozen Grand Central. I found their Facebook page and every new video I watched got me more excited - I absolutely love what they do.
But when I saw the new MP3 Experiment, I couldn’t stop thinking about the enormous amount of time they must be spending on planning something that big, an experiment involving so many “agents”. I did what I always do in such situations: I find out if there’s a book about it =) and hey - there is! “Causing a scene” is about how Improv Everywhere started, and it allows a very interesting look into the planning and staging of their most notorious pranks. It really makes you want to be part of it - or at least stage a little freeze at the station of your hometown…
